ADMIRING CAROLINE HWANG'S FABRIC WORKS

Oh my fringe.  Caroline Hwang has achieved some patchworked, fringed, geometric perfection here.  Her works seem to hover the line between quilting and geometric abstract painting, which I love.  The fabrics used are dyed naturally with materials such as madder root, indigo, beets, and logwood.  I'm such a sucker for works with a handmade, cared for feel such as these (and the fringe doesn't hurt either. I never tire of fringe).
